CBP Rejects D/S For Canadians Without I-94s
In a April 10, 2013 letter from Carey Davis, Acting Executive Director, CBP Admissibility and Passenger Programs, CBP states that it does not consider an individual who is admitted as a visitor without an I-94 to have been admitted for an indefinite period of time. CBP states that it may consider inadmissibility grounds other than 212(a)(9)(B) when charging the visitor.
