Regulation Published On Provisional Unlawful Presence Waivers

Today’s Federal Register contains the official version of the final rule, effective 3/4/13, that allows certain immediate relatives of U.S. citizens who are physically present in the U.S. to request provisional unlawful presence waivers prior to departing from the U.S. for consular processing.
