TRAC Report Says Wait Times In Immigration Courts Increased In March 2013

The April 2013 Transactional Records Access Clearinghouse (TRAC) report shows that the average number of days cases have been waiting in immigration court has reached 555 days, up from 531 days at the end of FY2012. The backlog again reached an all-time high, at 327,483 cases.
