Notice Of Extension Of TPS For Syria

USCIS has extended and redesignated Syria for TPS for 18 months from October 1, 2013 through March 31, 2015 due to the ongoing armed conflict in Syria. For individuals who have already been granted TPS under the original Syria designation, the 60-day re-registration period runs from June 17, 2013 through August 16, 2013. Eligible individuals who do not currently hold TPS status but have been residing continuously in the U.S. since June 17, 2013 may also apply.
